Clementina Richardson has been applying lashes here since 2007. Forbes called her the Eyelash Queen; the studio has been the working answer for editors, actors, commuters and visitors ever since.
Most of our clients work within a ten-minute walk of the front door — and a good many of the rest arrive with a suitcase still at the hotel.
If you navigate by skyline, the Chrysler Building and the MetLife Building are both about a block away.
Finding us from Grand Central
Grand Central has two sides, and knowing which one you want saves you five minutes. One Vanderbilt and Summit are on the Vanderbilt side, to the west. We’re on the Lexington side, to the east.
Head for Lexington
If you’ve come from the west, walk through the terminal and out toward the Lexington Avenue exit.
Cross to 44th
Out of the terminal, cross to East 44th Street and turn east, away from Grand Central.
Half a block east
We’re at 144, at street level between Lexington and Third. About two minutes door to door.

In town for a few days?
East 44th Street is a hotel street. The Fitzpatrick Grand Central is directly across from us, and most of the hotels ringing the terminal are a five-minute walk. No car, no subway, no planning.
Book ahead if you can. We run mostly on appointments, and locking in a time before you land is the safest bet — especially if your days are already spoken for. If you’re already in the neighbourhood, call and we’ll see what we have.
A full set outlasts your trip. Extensions last several weeks before they need a fill, so they’ll see you through New York and well past the flight home. Heading somewhere warm next? Ask about aftercare for humidity, swimming and sun — it changes what we’d recommend.

The 6 runs straight down Lexington from the Upper East Side and stops at Grand Central, half a block from our door. Murray Hill, Turtle Bay and Tudor City are an easy walk.
Metro-North — every line, into the terminal. LIRR — Grand Central Madison, on the Vanderbilt side; walk east through the terminal. Because the trains end a block away, a good share of our regulars come in from Westchester, Connecticut and Long Island before or after work.

Half a block. Exit toward Lexington, walk east on 44th - about two minutes.
Which side of Grand Central are you on?
The Lexington side, east of the terminal. Summit and One Vanderbilt are on the opposite side, so walk through the terminal if you are coming from there.
Can I come on my lunch break?
Yes. Book ahead so the timing works - appointment length depends on the service.

Yes. We have a private conference room, free for clients and bookable ahead.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Several weeks, with a fill every two to three weeks to keep the set full as your natural lashes shed.
Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?
Not when they are applied properly. Correct weight and length for your own lashes is the whole game, which is why your lash artist maps the set before anything is applied.
I am visiting New York - will they last my trip?
Comfortably. A full set outlasts a typical stay and keeps going well after you are home.
