Return Policy

At Envious Lashes, we want you to love what you order. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Opened or used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used lash and beauty products cannot be returned — unless the item is defective (see below).

Defective or damaged items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right regardless of whether it has been opened. Contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

Prefer a different product? We are happy to exchange eligible (unopened) items within 14 days — just reach out and we will help you swap it.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
